We went to the State Fair this year with the Toone family (except Jeff because he was working). It was a lot of fun. Jackson and Johnathon are only 9 months apart and love getting together. And James can keep up with the older two just fine. Then Jillian and Benjamin are birthday buddies only hours apart :). It is fun to have "family" close by. (We are glad you moved to Sacramento!) Since all the kids have friends to play with it was a nice trip. It was a bit hot, but when is it not hot in June/July in Sacramento?!?

The Toone's left around six and we ended up staying until 10:30pm. We were just having so much fun. We saw all the exhibits and enjoyed the greasy food. We even bought our patio/backyard table from the fair. IT was a good 'ole time!

The funny thing about this video is what was recorded that wasn't posted (it was in a LONG video where not much happened). Jackson had seen this slide at eh beginning of the day and told us he wanted to ride it. So the very last thing we did was the slide. Jackson was going to go down by himself (which I thought he wouldn't do). But once Jackson got to the top and saw the length and height he was at he changed his mind and began to run down the stairs. Jake followed and grabbed him. After convincing Jackson to go with him I began the camera again, which is what you see here.
