More Swimming Articles and certificates

I don't remember the year that the below article was written, but it was the only year that I remember going to county. I remember the party before hand where everyone shaved their arms, legs, and some heads. I was upset because I was not allowed to shave my legs :) 

Our neighbor across the street, Stella, brought the article over to my parents and as you can see it still has the post-it attached. She was a wonderful neighbor.
